Lots of Lattes

Most of us trying to lead a health inspired life attempt to incorporate fruits and vegetables into our diets. Whether they’re in salads or smoothies, sautéed or simmered, we try to get as creative as possible with our nutritious concoctions. Did you ever try making a veggie latte? It’s another way to mix it up and add a little delicious health to your life.

 

Red Velvet Beet Latte

8 oz Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
2 tsp Organic Beet Juice Powder
¼ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Chili Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt
1 Pitted Date

Heat the almond milk to your desired temperature. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until well mixed and frothy. Pour into a mug and enjoy the vibrant red beverage.

 

Carrot Spice Latte

8 oz Hemp Milk (or milk of your choice)
2 tsp Organic Carrot Juice Powder
¼ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Ground Ginger
1 Pitted Date

Heat the milk to your desired temperature. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until well mixed and frothy. Pour into a mug and savor the orange bliss.

 

Matcha Latte

8 oz Coconut Milk (or milk of your choice)
2 tsp Organic Matcha Power Powder
¼ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Pitted Date

Heat the coconut milk to your desired temperature. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until well mixed and frothy. Pour into a mug and relish the infusion of green energy.
