People

Our employees are the heartbeat of all we do and the force that enables us to fulfill our mission. From guaranteed pay equity to generous Wellness Time Off (WTO) policies, we prioritize their needs as people before anything else.

Pay Equity

Comprehensive pay analysis indicated 100% of employees earn above the individual living wage, and 90% earn above the family living wage as established by Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Paid Wellness Time Off

In addition to Paid Time Off, each employee receives 40 hours of paid Wellness Time Off (WTO) per year to take care of themselves – physically, mentally, socially, or spiritually. In 2024, we supported over 3,000 hours of paid WTO.

Paid Monthly Wellness Initiatives

Every month, we host either on-site or virtual wellness activities and pay folks for their participation. Topics span everything from physical to financial wellness education. In 2024, we paid out over $10,000 in wellness incentives.

Annual Wellness Onsite

Every December, we host a two-day wellness event for all employees that includes workshops on finance, nutrition, and mindfulness, plus guided hikes and yoga sessions.

Place

We were intentionally founded 33 years ago in Moab, Utah, and are still proud to call this magnificent place home. This year, we partnered with 41 local non-profits that work tirelessly to ensure our community members have the resources they need to be well in body, mind, and spirit.

Planet

We prioritize sustainability in everything we do. By meticulously tracking impact factors like greenhouse gas emissions, electricity consumption, and waste generation rates, we can set targets that ensure the prosperity of our planet for future generations.

Ownership

We are independently owned and operated, and have been since our founding in 1992, which allows us to uphold the highest standards of integrity. By owning and controlling our operations, we see our customers and planet as our sole stakeholders.
