Mangosteen

With its thick purple rind and creamy white exquisite flesh, this luscious tropical fruit grows on trees up to 82 feet tall and is rich in a unique set of phytonutrients called xanthones. Called the "queen of fruits," mangosteen is being studied for its potential antioxidant properties as well as its ability to balance and support a healthy inflammatory response. It has been used indigenously in Southeast Asian cultures for digestive complaints, immune support, and as a skin balm. Our mangosteen is grown exclusively in Thailand under pristine certified organic conditions. Following peak harvest, our mangosteen is low-temperature dried and cold-milled into a fine powder — as close to fresh off the tree as you'll find, without having to go to Thailand!
