How do I subscribe?  

When adding a product to your cart online:  

  1. Select “Subscribe & Save 15%”. 
  2. Select your autoship interval (30, 45, 60, or 90 days). 
  3. Choose your desired quantity. 
  4. Select “Add to Cart”. 

Then continue checking out as usual. Your product(s) will be automatically charged to your secure card on file and shipped at the delivery interval you’ve selected. 

What is an “autoship” program? 

An “autoship” program is also known as a recurring delivery. When you place an order under autoship, the order will automatically be billed to your card on file, and you’ll then receive the product(s) of your choosing at the frequency you selected. These recurring deliveries make receiving your products super easy and convenient.

Is there an annual fee?  

No, there is no annual fee.

What is the return policy for subscriptions?  

It is the same as our regular return policy.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?  

Yes, you can cancel at anytime (and re-subscribe at anytime!) no strings attached.

How do I cancel my subscription?  

You can cancel a product subscription up until the day before your next shipment is scheduled to go out.

  1. Sign into your account.
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions” to view the subscription portal.
  3. Click "My Products" to view all your active subscription products.
  4. Click on the item you wish to cancel.
  5. Click the "Cancel Subscription" link and answer the questions to complete the cancelation

And you’re all set! If you change your mind, you can re-subscribe at anytime.

How do I skip a shipment? 
  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions” to view the subscription portal. 
  3. From the subscription portal you may skip your next order by clicking the "SKIP" button. You may also click "View upcoming orders" or "My products" to skip orders or individual products. 
  4. Click "Yes, skip this order" to complete the process. 
How do I add a product to my subscription?  
  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions” to view your next order, or you can click "View upcoming orders" to view other future orders. 
  3. You may browse the suggested products below your order, or you can click "Browse All Products" to view all available products. 
  4. Click “Add” and select your options to add this one time or as a subscription. 
  5. Click "Add To Order" to complete the process. 

You can also add a product through the main product page (see FAQ #1). 

How do I change the frequency of a subscription? 
  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions” to view the subscription portal. 
  3. Click "My products" to view all your active subscription products. 
  4. Click on the item you wish to modify. 
  5. Update your frequency and "Save Changes." 
How do I change the ship date of a subscription? 
  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions” to view the subscription portal. 
  3. From the subscription portal you may reschedule your next order by clicking the "Reschedule" button. You may also click "View upcoming orders" or "My products" to reschedule orders or individual products. 
  4. Follow the prompts in the popup window to complete the process. 
How do I change the quantity of a subscription item? 
  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions” to view the subscription portal. 
  3. Click "My products" to view all your active subscription products. 
  4. Click on the item you wish to modify. 
  5. Update your quantity and "Save Changes." 
Can I swap a subscription item for a new item?  

Yes! 

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions” to view the subscription portal. 
  3. Click "My products" to view all your active subscription products. 
  4. Click on the item you wish to modify. 
  5. Click "Swap this for a different product" and select the item you wish to receive. 
  6. Update your quantity and frequency 
  7. Click "Swap Product". 
Will other promotions be applied to my subscribed items automatically? 

We cannot combine promotions or offers with your Subscribe & Save discount.

How can I receive free shipping? 

You will automatically receive free standard shipping (in the contiguous U.S) on orders $49 and above. Orders less than $49 will ship for just $4.95.

Can I combine existing subscriptions to qualify for free shipping? 

Yes, you can modify existing subscriptions to put them on the same interval and ship date to reach the $49 minimum for free shipping. Please note items must use the same credit card and ship to the same address to qualify for free shipping.

Will I receive emails notifying me of an upcoming subscription shipment? 

Yes, 5 days prior to your scheduled ship date you will receive an email. It will serve as a reminder in case you need to go into your account and make any changes to your subscription.

Can I ship subscriptions to multiple addresses using one account? 

Yes, you can ship subscription items to multiple addresses.   

But please note that the free standard shipping for orders over $49 applies only to items sent the same day, using the same credit card and shipped to the same address. 

Can my subscription items ship to a P.O. Box? 

Yes! And our free standard shipping for orders over $49 applies to P.O. Box deliveries as well.
