How do I subscribe?

When adding a product to your cart online:

  • Select Subscribe & Save and choose your frequency (30, 45, 60 or 90 days)

  • Choose your quantity

  • Select "Add to Cart"

  • Then continue checking out as usual. Your product(s) will be automatically charged to your secure credit card on file and shipped at the delivery interval you’ve selected.

What are the benefits of joining this program?

What is an autoship program?

An autoship program is also known as recurring delivery. When you place an order under autoship, you’ll automatically receive the product(s) and quantity of your choosing at the frequency you select (30, 45, 60 or 90 days). These recurring deliveries make receiving your products super easy and convenient, and will be automatically billed to your credit card. Never run out of your favorite PURE SYNERGY® products again.

Can I cancel a subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime (and re-subscribe at any time!). No strings attached.

How do I cancel a subscription?

It’s no problem to cancel a product subscription anytime up until the day before your next shipment is scheduled to go out.

  4. Click on the item you wish to cancel.

  5. Click the "Cancel subscription" link and answer the questions to complete the cancelation.

CAN I SKIP a SHIPMENT?

  3. From the subscription portal you may skip your next order by clicking the "SKIP" button. You may also click "View upcoming orders" or "My products" to skip orders or individual products.

  4. Click "Yes, skip this order" to complete the process.

Can I add a product to my subscription?

Yes!

  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions” to view your next order, or you can click "View upcoming orders" to view other future orders.

  3. You may browse the suggested products below your order, or you can click "BROWSE ALL PRODUCTS" to view all available products.

  4. Click “Add” and select your options to add this one time or as a subscription.

  5. Click "ADD TO ORDER" to complete the process.

How do I change the frequency of a subscription?

  4. Click on the item you wish to modify.

  5. Update your frequency and "SAVE CHANGES."

How do I change the ship date of a subscription?

  3. From the subscription portal you may reschedule your next order by clicking the "RESCHEDULE" button. You may also click "View upcoming orders" or "My products" to reschedule orders or individual products.

  4. Follow the prompts in the popup window to complete the process.

Can I change the quantity of a subscription item?

Can I SWAP a subscription item FOR A NEW ITEM?

  5. Click "Swap this for a different product" and select the item you wish to receive.

  6. Update your quantity, freqeuncy, and click "SWAP PRODUCT."

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How can I receive free shipping?

It’s simple, you can receive free standard shipping (in the contiguous U.S) on orders $49 and above. Orders less than $49 will ship for just $4.95.

Can I combine existing subscriptions to qualify for free shipping?

Yes, you can modify existing subscriptions to put them on the same interval and ship date to reach the $49 minimum for free shipping. Please note items must use the same credit card and ship to the same address to qualify for free shipping.

Just visit Manage Subscriptions (you must be logged in) to modify your subscriptions.

Will I receive emails notifying me of an upcoming subscription shipment?

Yes, 5 days prior to your scheduled ship date you will receive an email. It will serve as a reminder in case you need to go into your account and make any changes to your upcoming subscription.

Can I ship subscriptions to multiple addresses?

Yes, you can ship subscription items to multiple addresses. Note that “Free Standard Shipping for orders over $49” applies only to items sent the same day, using the same credit card and shipped to the same address.

Can my subscription items ship to a PO Box?

Yes! Our free standard shipping for orders over $49 applies to PO Boxes.
