Polygala Root Extract

Polygala is a wonderful tonic herb that builds Shen in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Shen refers to the health of the spirit and the mind. Polygala is traditionally known as "Will Strengthener" for its ability to help us remain calm, centered and focused during trying times, thus allowing us to persevere when the going gets tough.
