Nourish hungry mouths, brilliant minds, and moving muscles with these superfood snacks featuring an honor roll of nutrients to help them conquer homework, ace soccer practice, and stay well!
Green Monster No-Bake Cookies
- ¼ cup cashew butter
- 8-10 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp Organic Matcha Power® Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup vegan chocolate chips
Combine cashew butter and dates in a food processor until smooth, then add the remaining ingredients and process until fully mixed. Add chocolate chips and pulse a few times to distribute. Divide into 12 balls and keep refrigerated.
Brain Power Popsicles
- ½ cup fresh mango, cubed
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 tsp Organic Berry Power™ Powder
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds & freeze until solid (at least 4 hours). Makes 4 popsicles.
Sip Smart Fruit Punch
- ½ cup coconut water
- ¼ cup orange or pineapple juice
- 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
- ½ tsp Pure Radiance C® Powder
Add all ingredients to a glass and whisk to combine. Serves 1.
Brain-Boosting Beet Hummus
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons Organic Beet Juice Powder
- ¼ cup tahini or cashew butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 small clove garlic (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. Use as a protein-packed dip for veggies & crackers.
Blue-Green Power Pudding
- 2 cups almond milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Organic Blue-Green Algae Powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 cup fresh blueberries, plus more for serving
- Granola, for serving (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into 4 small jars and refrigerate overnight to set and chill. Top with additional berries and granola, if desired. Serves 4.
