Iced Minty Matcha

There are days when you feel like you hit a wall of brain fog at 3pm. You want caffeine, but you also want a good night's sleep, which coffee might disrupt. Enter matcha green tea. Makes one serving 

8 oz water
1.5 tsp Organic Matcha Power®
1 tsp honey
6-8 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
2-3 oz coconut milk

Heat the 8 oz of water then add the matcha powder and whisk until well mixed. Add the honey to the matcha tea while vigorously stirring. Allow the liquid to cool down to room temperature (can also put into the freezer for a few minutes). Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a glass, add ice, then pour in the cooled matcha. Top off with coconut milk and a few mint leaves for garnish – enjoy the green pick-me-up!
