Radiant Peach Spritzer

So refreshing on a hot summer day, this spritzer is fizzy and tangy with a hint of peach. Between the healthy bacteria from the kombucha and the vitamin C, this is a nutrient-packed tonic that is as healthy as it is tasty.

Makes 2 servings
1 bottle of Peach Kombucha
2 tsp Pure Radiance C powder
Edible flowers (optional)

Add edible flowers and water to ice cube trays. Freeze overnight.
Pour kombucha into a glass and whisk in 2 tsp of Pure Radiance C powder.
Pour the kombucha mix in glasses over ice. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Triple Citrus Fizz Mocktail

This mocktail makes the perfect summer brunch addition. The vitamin C from the citrus fruits
is boosted by the concentrated vitamin C from our Pure Radiance C powder. Delicious and nutritious!

Makes 2 servings
1 bottle of Ginger Kombucha
1/2 tsp Pure Radiance C powder
2 lemons, one juiced, one sliced for garnish
2 limes, one juiced, one sliced for garnish
2 oz orange juice
Ice for serving

Pour the kombucha into a glass and whisk in the Pure Radiance C® powder.
Add the juice from the lemon and lime, stir until well mixed. Add ice, lemon and lime slices to each glass.
Pour in the kombucha mix, serve immediately.

Radiant Creamsicle Pops

Our healthy take on the orange creamsicle conjures up memories of childhood and long summer days.
We use coconut milk for a delicious flavor and creamy texture.

Makes 10 - 3 oz. popsicles
1 can full-fat coconut milk
2 large oranges, use for both the juice and zest
1 tsp Pure Radiance C powder
2 tbsp raw honey (more or less to taste)
Popsicle mold

Zest a teaspoon of orange peel, then peel and juice both oranges.
Add all ingredients to the blender, blend until smooth.
Pour into molds and freeze for 30 minutes, then add sticks and freeze overnight.
To remove from molds, thaw at room temperature for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
