1. Sweepstakes Period: The PSGMG24 Sweepstakes begins on January 22, 2024, at 12:01:00 AM Mountain Standard Time and ends on January 24, 2024, at 11:59:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
2. Sponsor: The PSGMG24 Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by The Synergy Company™, 2279 Resource Blvd., Moab, UT 84532.
3. Eligibility: The PSGMG24 Sweepstakes is open to current legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older as of January 22, 2024. The Synergy Company™ employees, immediate family members, and/or anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Companies affiliated or doing business with The Synergy Company™, and their employees, are not eligible to participate.
4. Agreement to Official Rules: By submitting a comment on the PSGMG24 Giveaway Instagram post, located within PURE SYNERGY’s Instagram profile (https://www.instagram.com/pure_synergy/) you agree to adhere to the Official Rules.
5. How to Enter: To enter the PSGMG24 Sweepstakes, an entrant must follow @pure_synergy, like and tag a friend in the comments on the PSGMG24 Sweepstakes Instagram post on PURE SYNERGY’s official Instagram profile (https://www.instagram.com/pure_synergy/). Each additional comment counts as an additional entry.
6. Prizes: There is a total of two (2) Prize-Packs available to be won during the PSGMG24 Sweepstakes. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize-Pack is $715. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except at the sole discretion of The Synergy Company™.

7. Winner Selection: two (2) winners will be selected at random from eligible entries on January 25, 2024, by 5:00:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, for a total of two (2) winners. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries during the PSGMG24 Sweepstakes period.
8. How to Claim Prize: Winners will be contacted via direct message from the profile submitted on the PSGMG24 Sweepstakes Instagram post. Winners will have three (3) business days to respond to the message. If after three (3) business days there is no response from the Winner, an alternate Winner will be randomly selected from the entrants list. Prizes will be shipped only to valid addresses within the United States via ground service by February 25, 2024. Prizes will not be shipped to international addresses.
9. Elimination: The Synergy Company™ reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that we suspect of tampering with the PSGMG24 Sweepstakes.
10. Privacy Policy: By entering the PSGMG24 Sweepstakes, you consent to The Synergy Company™ storing and using the personal information submitted with the entry form for the purpose of administering the PSGMG24 Sweepstakes. This information will not be shared or sold to any third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability: Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail/e-mail/electronic entries submitted to The Synergy Company™. By entering the PSGMG24 Sweepstakes, all participants release and hold harmless The Synergy Company™, their employees, and any associated business partners. Any comments made on the PSGMG24 Sweepstakes by an individual, or other organization, are a reflection of that individual and are in no way affiliated, endorsed, or supported by The Synergy Company™.
12. Winner’s List: For the name of the prize winners, those interested should print their name and address on a 3” x 5” card and mail in an envelope to: PSGMG24 Sweepstakes, 2279 Resource Blvd., Moab, UT 84532. Winner list requests will only be accepted after the PSGMG24 Sweepstakes’ end date and no later than February 9, 2024.
