Two women, one younger and one older, sit laughing among vibrant tropical plants. The woman on the left has curly hair and wears a sleeveless top, while the woman on the right has gray hair and glasses, wearing a floral dress. Bright foliage surrounds them.

Reviews

Hello, curious customer!

We get it – so many positive reviews can make you wonder,
are they too good to be true?

To help ease any disbelief, here’s a look behind the scenes at our review moderation process.

With any first-time product purchase, we send an email inviting you to leave a review

  • Over 98% of our reviews are in direct response to our review invitation, so they’re from verified buyers
  • However, anyone can leave a review at any time, which accounts for the remaining 2% of reviews

We publish every single review – including 1-star reviews – unless it is:

  • Inaccurate
    • Such as if the review was meant for a different product
  • Mentions a disease claim
    • Meaning the review was written in a way that implied or stated the product helped cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent a disease (which violates FDA regulatory rules)

93% of the reviews that we reject are rated as 4 or 5 stars, and most often it’s because the review included a disease claim
