When you are expecting a group that prefers to keep alcohol at bay, why not try serving some truly delicious, colorful and nutritious mocktails? They’re so good, soon you’ll be making them even when you don’t have company!
Holly Berry Frost
12 oz ginger beer
Juice from one lime
3 oz pomegranate juice (100% juice with no sugar added)
2 tsp Berry Power™ powder
Pomegranate seeds for garnish
Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Combine the ginger beer, pomegranate juice, lime juice and Berry Power™. Stir gently until well mixed. Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with pomegranate seeds and a rosemary sprig – savor the berry bliss!
Blue-Lavender Mint Mazel
8 oz water
1 lavender tea bag
6-8 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
Juice from one lime
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, plus more for garnish
1.5 tsp Blue-Green Algae powder
1 tsp honey
handful of ice
Plain or lime-flavored sparkling water
Heat the 8oz of water and let the tea bag steep for 10 minutes. Allow the liquid to cool down, then pour the tea into a blender and add all ingredients except for the sparkling water and garnishes. Blend until well mixed. Pour into glasses and top with a splash of sparkling water and garnishes. Serve immediately and kvell!
Iced Merry Matcha
8 oz water
1.5 tsp Organic Matcha Power®
1 tsp honey
6-8 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
2-3 oz coconut milk
Heat the 8oz of water then add the matcha powder and whisk until well mixed. Add the honey to the matcha tea while vigorously stirring. Allow the liquid to cool down to room temperature (can also put into the freezer for a few minutes). Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a glass, add ice, then pour in the cooled matcha. Top off with coconut milk and a few mint leaves for garnish – enjoy the green delight!
