Sunflower Lecithin

Extracted from organic sunflower seeds without the use of any harsh chemical solvents, our sunflower lecithin is rich in phospholipids. These are unique long chain fatty acids that can help promote the absorption of certain fat-soluble nutrients. Carotenoids, such as astaxanthin, are lipophilic, or fat-soluble, and are better absorbed in the presence of dietary fat. Most lecithin is made from soybeans. Our sunflower lecithin is soy-free, organic, Non-GMO, and gluten-free.
