GREEN KOMBUCHA MOCKTAIL
Kick up your kombucha. Pair our Organic Barley Grass Juice Powder with your favorite kombucha for a probiotic-packed green mocktail. Add pineapple, mint, and coconut water, for a perfect summer beverage.
Makes 4 Servings:
1/2 cup mint leaves, packed (and some for garnish)
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup coconut water
1 tsp Organic Barley Grass Juice Powder
1 bottle of Rowdy Mermaid Kombucha — Flower Grow
Add all ingredients, except for the kombucha, into blender. Blend on high until well mixed.
Add kombucha and stir. Pour into 4 glasses, garnish with a sprig of mint — enjoy!
GREEN APPLE GINGER SMOOTHIE
We love this recipe for the way it blends the sourness of granny smith apples with the sweetness of banana and mango. Chia seeds add a nice texture plus a great hit of fiber and essential fatty acids. Ginger and Pure Synergy® Superfood are cleansing and support healthy digestion.
Makes 2 Servings:
1 medium granny smith apple (core removed)
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 inch ginger root
1 tsp Pure Synergy® Superfood
1 1/2 cups orange juice
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more liquid for desired consistency.
Serve immediately - enjoy!
WHEAT GRASS TONIC
We like this variation of a wheat grass shot because it tones down the strong flavor and combines it with the lightness of cucumber and lemon. It's a great morning option to tonify and cleanse.
Makes 1 Serving:
1 small lemon, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup English cucumber, sliced
1/2 inch ginger root
1 tsp Organic Wheat Grass Juice Powder
6 oz water
Splash of sparkling water (optional)
Dissolve the Organic Wheat Grass Powder in 6 oz of water. Add Wheat Grass Juice mixture and other ingredients (except the sparkling water) into blender, blend on high until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top off with some sparkling water - enjoy!
