Mouth-Watering Marinades

After a long day of work, bumper to bumper traffic, errands, kids, pets, etc. the last thing many of us want to do is prepare dinner. At the same time, we don’t want to eat a sterile frozen meal or a lackluster sandwich either. Marinades are a great way to prep meals in advance for a quick, delectable dinner later in the week when we have no time or energy to cook.

You can throw the ingredients into the food processor, pair them with your favorite protein – like lamb, chicken, seafood, tofu, or tempeh – place the marinade and protein into resealable bags, and refrigerate or freeze them for later use. Pure Synergy® Superfood powders are perfect to incorporate into your marinade to add beautiful color, delicious flavor, and most importantly, a powerful nutrient boost to your meal.
