What does wellness mean to you?

 

What constitutes a healthy, happy life doesn’t look the same for everyone.  And that’s the beauty of wellness! It’s not a one-size-fits-all venture.

 

With so many fantastic ways to fuel your well-being – spending time with loved ones, hiking, laughing, bubble-bathing, meditating – reducing wellness down to just diet and exercise is a disservice to our diversity. What it takes to feel like your best self might not look the same, or even similar, to someone else, and that’s okay! Heck, it’s important. A wellness routine tailored to the things that spark joy in your life means that you’re honoring your distinct needs. And that’s something to celebrate.

 

We want to push the wellness world to be a more inclusive one by creating space for the all the different forms wellness takes in our lives. The #WellnessIsMine hashtag is intended to serve as a reminder that you get to define your own well-being. Because the journey of achieving holistic health – in body, mind, and spirit – is 100% you-nique. And at the end of the day, a wellness routine should match your needs, not a standard.
