Our products are completely free from artificial preservatives, harmful solvents, and fillers – unlike most others on the market – and crafted at our independently owned, certified organic facility in Moab, Utah.

After harvesting our plant ingredients at their peak, we juice, concentrate, or extract them to amplify their revitalizing properties. Most are then gently dried, vacuum-packaged, and moved to climate-controlled storage to protect their potency.

Our products are stringently tested for heavy metals, microbes, and chemicals to ensure safety, as well as vitamins, minerals, and active compounds to guarantee ingredients and potency as labeled. We work with highly reputable, ISO-accredited laboratories with botanical expertise to validate our stringent ingredient and product requirements.

Product Testing

We put our products to the test over and over again. Using both internal and third-party testing, we screen for what we don’t want, like heavy metals and microbes, and what we really do want, like vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients.

Primary Ingredients

Certified Organic Red Raspberry Leaf

Red raspberry leaf has been a favored prenatal herb among moms-to-be for centuries. Known for promoting a healthy uterus, the bioactives in red raspberry leaves foster healthy uterine blood flow and smooth muscle function during pregnancy and labor. Our organic extract is concentrated for maximum support.

Methylated Folate (MTHF)

Folate tops the list of critical vitamins during pregnancy due to its essential role in promoting healthy neural tube development. The metabolically active form of folate – methylated folate – bypasses the need for enzyme activation, making it a highly bioavailable and effective form of this critical B vitamin.

Iron

Iron is a core mineral for optimal red blood cell production and function, and pregnancy demands extra iron to support a healthy blood supply for both mom and baby. Our plant-based iron is fermented and combined with nutrient cofactors so it’s gentle on your stomach and easily absorbed.

 Choline

Choline is a key vitamin for upholding mom’s daily energy, and supporting baby’s brain and neurological development both during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Vitamin C

Antioxidants like vitamin C are essential during pregnancy for supporting mom and baby’s immune systems, promoting healthy bone and collagen production, and enhancing iron absorption. Our naturally sourced vitamin C is complexed with cofactors and enzymes for peak antioxidant capacity.

You Got This

PureNatal® offers comprehensive and organic nourishment that leaves no room for worry as you prepare for – and care for – a healthy, happy baby.

A bottle of Pure Synergy PureNatal multivitamins sits on a stone slab, surrounded by pink and white flowers and green foliage. The label mentions it is a supplement for moms and babies, with 120 tablets inside.

Enhanced with Organic Sprouts and Berries

Potent antioxidants from organic berries like pomegranate and sour cherry promote cellular health and immune resilience, while organic freeze-dried sprouts foster healthy detox pathways – nourishing you and baby with much more than just the daily essentials.

Gentle on Your Stomach

Because the nutrients in PureNatal® are fermented with organic whole foods, they take on a form that more closely resembles vitamins and minerals found in nature, making them gentler on your stomach and easier to absorb compared to typical synthetic vitamin isolates in prenatal multivitamins.

Internal and Third-Party Testing

From farm to bottle, our ingredients are tested multiple times. They’re tested for things you don't want (like heavy metals, microbes, pesticides, and solvent residues) and for things you do want (like vitamins, minerals, and potency levels). For clean, comprehensive nourishment in every bottle.

"I buy this product because most of the vitamins and minerals are from a natural fermentation process, allowing the body to properly utilize them."

Best prenatal I’ve tried.

"My favorite prenatal I’ve tried, and I’ve tried quite a few. I am 99% sure it was a big reason (if not the reason) I did not have morning sickness this pregnancy (my 3rd pregnancy) as I took different prenatal as for my other two and had morning sickness with both. It does have a pretty bad smell but I’d plug my nose and it was all worth it. I am recommending to all my friends!"

Missing important nutrient

"My only issue is that it doesn’t contain DHA / fish oil. There is an article on their website how that is an important nutrient during pregnancy and their own prenatal doesn’t contain the ingredient! Over all the quality is great and they’re easy to swallow."

Q&A

Can these be taken as postnatal vitamins too? Or just prenatal?
This product is formulated to be suitable before, during, and after pregnancy.
Why is magnesium not added in the supplement?
Getting adequate amounts of calcium and magnesium is very important during pregnancy. Depending on your diet, you can get ample amounts through what you eat, but many women will still need to supplement. As calcium and magnesium are very large "macrominerals", they take up a lot of space in supplement form (especially when they are in whole food form as is the case with our prenatal product). In order to add a sufficient amount of calcium and magnesium to our prenatal multi, we would have to increase the serving size drastically. More importantly, calcium can interfere with the absorption of other important minerals like zinc and iron when taken together. That's why many nutritionists and doctors recommend taking a separate calcium and magnesium supplement in addition to a multivitamin during pregnancy.
Are these vitamins tested by a third party?
YES! We use a variety of third-party, ISO-certified laboratories to conduct testing on our raw materials and finished products.
These vitamins state folate (L-MTHF & folic acid) L-methylfolate or folinic acid is preffered. do they contain folic acid? If so, I am so disappointed and will be switching prenatals immediately. My body cannot absorb it properly.
There is no folic acid in this product. I know that's confusing because it's listed on the label, but it is because of the fermented folate in the product. PureNatal includes 600 mcg DFE of methyl folate or L-5-MTHF. We've maintained inclusion of the original fermented folate at 200 mcg DFE, but added methylated folate as well, for a total of 800 mcg DFE. (3 parts L-5-MTHF to 1 part fermented folate). FDA labeling regulations changed back in 2020. Per the FDA's new parameters with labeling requirements, we are required to label our fermented folate as "folic acid" because it's been added to the supplement and is not naturally occurring in food. Our ingredient doesn't meet the definition of "naturally occurring in food" because it grows in a fermentation process. Because it is grown, we must list it this way.
