Q&A

Can this be given to children?
Generally speaking, we have not specifically formulated our products for children. However, many of our products are made with simple whole-food ingredients that would not likely pose a problem. We do have plenty of customers who choose to share some of our products with their children, but we advise that you speak with your healthcare provider to determine what is right for your family.
Am I able to open these capsules and put them in a liquid to take? I struggle swallowing capsules.
Yes, our capsules can be opened and mixed directly in food or liquid if you have trouble swallowing or need to reduce your serving size. We can't guarantee you will love the taste, but they will be just as effective. Please note, they will gradually lose their potency level once mixed in liquid or food. As such, you should mix them immediately before consuming your food or beverage. They can be mixed in cold food or can be added to foods after cooking and right before eating. We do not recommend that you add the powder during the cooking process as their nutritional value will be degraded in temperatures 125-130 degrees F or above. Some ideas for mixing: applesauce, nut butter, yogurt, smoothie. Some of the powders may clump and will be difficult to mix with pure liquid.
Can I take bone renewal while I'm pregnant?
Our Bone Renewal product contains plant-based calcium and bioavailable magnesium along with an assortment of other important bone-building nutrients. However, you should always consult with your healthcare provider to determine the best regimen for you
Is this kpsher?
This particular product is not certified kosher. Our fermented vitamins (like K1 and Boron in this product) require constant rabbinical supervision over a 6 month period, which is simply not practical. This does not mean that any of the processes or ingredients used to make our vitamins and minerals are inherently non-kosher, it simply means that logistically, these processes (due to length and complexity) are not suitable for kosher certification. We will always try to certify our products Kosher if the option is available for the product
