How to Take

"Even 1 of these pills is too much for me. Makes me sleepy (which is great when taken at night) but then I'm also groggy the next day. At the least, I think the saffron content is too high. Studies on saffron for depression used 30mg per day, so 1 pill is even a lot. Also, I missed that it contains lavender EO, not whole lavender. No matter how pure EOs are, they are not safe to consume long term. As always with Pure Synergy, I'm sure the ingredients are high quality, but this particular blend is not quite right."
